Entrepreneur and professional oriented towards strategy, innovation and business, he developed a competitive career leading national and multinational companies. As an entrepreneur, he founded Luarte, Ability, Descarte Certo, Keppy and BDCo. Member of the mentor network of Endevor, InovAtiva Brasil (MIDIC), Brasken Labs and Merkaz. He was a member of the Boards of Directors of Hands, TVaoViVO, MediaFActory, AiX, Steering Committee Gradiente/Sagem, 99Motos (currently iFood) Descarte Certo, InfoServer and Merkaz.

Cris Loize

Graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and postgraduate in the same area from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, she also specialized in B2B Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management, in the United States.

She began her career at Unilever in 1996. From the food to the cosmetics sector, with a long stint in the financial market, she worked as a Marketing and CRM executive at other renowned companies in the market, such as Natura, Banco Real and Banco Santander.

With a career spanning almost 30 years, she also has experience in start-ups and as an entrepreneur. Extremely versatile, she has expertise in company mergers, brand migration, strategic planning, management and launch of products and categories.

Whether in analyzing markets and the competitive environment, or in evaluating opportunities and client positioning, this professional combines innovation, creativity and critical thinking in each of her deliveries.

Vitor Freire

Partner

A professional with a remarkable career focused on business development, consulting, and strategic and financial management of new businesses and businesses undergoing restructuring (e.g., turnaround). With a degree in Business Administration from FGV and a PhD in Business Strategy from Insper, he aligns analytical skills with pragmatism in balancing risks and returns intrinsic to C-level and board decision-making.

Since the beginning of his career, he has worked in support or as part of the highest decision-making positions. For example, at Cosan Biomassa, a Cosan Group company valued at BRL 500M, he served as statutory CFO leading the creation and management of the strategic and financial planning and management structure. Together with the CEO, he led the process of raising BRL 70M from strategic investors abroad. At San Antonio Internacional, he was responsible for creating and conducting the financial investment planning, leading the analysis and approval of over USD 100M in annual investments and several corporate and financial restructurings (e.g., debt restructuring, sale of business units) of the corporation in Latin America, directly supporting the CEO, CFO and board.

His experience covers areas such as strategic planning and management, M&A, governance, planning and control, risk management, financial and operational modeling.

Eric Derbyshire

Eric is a specialist in Supply Chain and Logistics. A Transportation Engineer by training from the School of Industrial Engineering (FEI), with specializations in International Business from the University of California (UCLA), Logistics Management from ESALQ (USP) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), he has expertise in different areas such as Sales, Projects, Supplies and Operations.

Eric began his career at Grupo Ultra and has worked for renowned companies such as Ultracargo, Aqces, Luft/Bomi, Vopak and Locar Transportes Intermodais. With extensive experience in the Transportation and Storage sector, the professional has led operations with multidisciplinary teams, developed successful strategies and implemented large and complex logistics projects.

Throughout his career, he has worked in different sectors of the economy, providing movement and diversity of knowledge to his work. Specialist in M&A, business restructuring, strategic planning and process implementation, Eric works with a focus on high performance, asset management and cost reduction, ensuring Commercial, Operational and Administrative integration to the projects in which he participates.

Daniel Lisak

Partner

With an extensive and diverse academic background, Daniel graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the Mauá Engineering School and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and an MBA in Business Management from the Business School São Paulo (BSP) and Toronto University. He has also completed the Global Business course at IMD and the Qualification for Board Members at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), as well as the Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) at the IMD Business School in Switzerland.

In more than 30 years of career, Daniel has been a business executive at Grupo Ultra, CEO of Vopak in Brazil and member of both the Board of Directors of Dutcham (Brazil-Netherlands Chamber of Commerce) and the Council of the Hebraica Club of São Paulo. He is currently a certified Board Member by the IBGC, President of the Board of Directors of Colégio Renascença and Member of the Board at Fisesp (Federação Israelita do Estado de São Paulo).

He started his career at Ultracargo, where his career path from trainee to executive manager put him in charge of developing new businesses - from conception to operationalization - adding customized services to meet the needs of clients. Among the various activities and projects he has executed, the following stand out: development of management information systems; conception and implementation of software for transportation and storage management; creation and implementation of a new Business Area; implementation of warehouses with multimodal operations; and mergers and acquisitions of companies. During his 17 years at the Ultra Group, he honed his skills in business and high-performance team management, as well as in negotiating with suppliers and clients.

As CEO of Vopak in Brazil, he was responsible for the P&L with the mission of accelerating the company's profitable growth and implementing a new global corporate governance model. During this period, he consolidated his skills in business management and deepened relationships with the financial market, public agencies, class entities, regulatory agencies, ministries, embassies, and consulates.

At BDCO he uses all its expertise to assist clients in identifying growth strategies, managing budgets and costs, preparing forecast studies for creation and expansion of the businesses and conduct mergers and acquisitions processes.
